Ariel Khadr

Ariel Khadr, sponsored model and IFBB Fitness Pro competitor, is a competing athlete. She began competing in fitness shows when she was 16 after she quit her gymnastics training in the early years of her life. After a year, she received her Pro Card aged 17. Ariel Khadr has been a paid athlete of IFBB Fitness Pro and is an actress. Ariel Khadr started her fitness show career at age 16, when she gave up the sport of gymnastics. A year later, at the age of 17 she was awarded her professional card. So becoming the youngest IFBB Pro of all time. Ariel had to spend an absence of six years from stage work when she was awarded her Professional card in order to finish college. When she completed her college degree, Ariel returned in 2015. The show continued in the same way she had left off in the previous contests including her participation in the Toronto Pro Supershow and Mr. Olympia. She participated for a couple of years in the time following her debut and set herself new goals each year. By the time 2009 ended she was the winner of several fitness awards. In 2009, she was named the NPC Team Universe Fitness Nationals Champ. She was the youngest IFBB Fitness Pro ever (aged only 17). Ariel completed her first six years of competition to get her degree from the college she attended. The IFBB Fitness Pro Debut was held at the Phoenix Europa Games, in November of 2015. She came in third at the contest. The summer of 2016 saw her was the winner of the IFBB Toronto Pro Supershow. In the process, she qualified for Fitness Olympia. In three months she appeared on the stage at the Olympia, where she took sixth place in the Fitness Division. Ariel acknowledges that she had no expectation. She was happy about her position. The competition was among the top athletes. Ariel has seen her body improve every year. Ariel loves working out your lower back. The most she does is bent over rows, single arm lats pull-downs (on the machine) or pull-ups as well as seated rowing. The warm-up is done prior to working on the sets. Ariel also likes to make use of every minute. One way to achieve this is through supersetting her back exercises. Three or four supersets with 10-12 reps is done.
